Church Graveside Services at Brigham Cemetery

There will be a graveside service at Brigham City Cemetery Columbarium on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Following the graveside there will be a luncheon at the Iron Gate Catering (Eagle Mountain Country Club), 960 East 700 South, Brigham City, for friends and family at 12 Noon.

Gary H. Hollingsworth

BRIGHAM CITY – Gary H. Hollingsworth died March 22, 2019 in Brigham City, Utah. He was born November 17, 1936, in Preston, Idaho. His parents are Marvin Glen Hollingsworth and Myrtle Hansen. He graduated from Box Elder High School in 1955. He married his high school sweetheart, Nelda Larsen on November 17, 1954 in Brigham City, Utah. He graduated from Utah State University in 1960. He furthered his education at San Francisco University. He taught school in Box Elder County, Utah and Concord, California. He retired from the Box Elder School District. Gary liked fishing, hunting, loved sports and old western movies. Gary had the knack of making friendships that lasted his lifetime.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, Michael Glen (Dawn); Jeffrey A. (Carolyn); brother, Brent (Clixie); sister-in-law, Pat. Gary was very proud of his family. He has six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, infant son, Gary Craig, and brother, Jay. He loved his family and by living so long he got joy from his grandchildren and especially his great grandchildren.
